My Clitoris Has Been Sore And Swollen For About 4

My clitoris has been sore and swollen for about 4 month. My GP couldn't diagnose anything. She even didn't check it. I am 36 and married. It started after my period time. When I wash it and dry it, the sore gets better but after a while appear again. I am suffering a lot. Could you please tell me, what is that and what can I do?
