My Clitoris Is Swollen And Very Sensitive. It Some Tines

My clitoris is swollen and very sensitive. It some tines burns to the touch, as does the entrance of my vagina. My nipples are highly sensitive too. What are these symptoms of? I am kind of worried. And a question not involved in the first one, my lower back on the right has been hurting severely for three days, I don't know why. Could there be a valid explanation?
