My Close Relative Got An Accident Yesterday Got Blood From

My close relative got an accident yesterday got blood from ears. Doctors told can't operate in this situation as the person is unconscious and both sides of the head got injured and fracture in skull. They are giving medicines to recover from unconscious .stage... After that there is a possibility of doing operation but the condition is critical this is what they told... Can u tell me ... Anything abot this type of accidents can it b rectified?
