My Colonoscopy Report Says I Had A Hyperplastic Polyp In

My colonoscopy report says I had a hyperplastic polyp in sigmoid colon, and hyperplastic colonic mucosa with supericial tufting. There were 2 polyps removed from sigmoid colon. What does that mean?
The other biopsy was from a cecal polyp that is a tubular adenoma, with that one they said I have adenomatous change of the colonic mucosa.
I have 1st degree relative with history of colon cancer, and have had polyps in the past.
Do I need to be worried about Cancer? Or, that these could potentially develop into cancer.
