My Core Temperature Is Always Low. Friday I Had To

My core temperature is always low. Friday I had to go to the ER, and it was 95.5. What could be the reason for this? Also, I have gained over 20 pounds in the last 6 months, which is the first time in my life that I have put on weight that I didn't want. I have Lupus, and Secondary Insuffiency.
