My Corgi Has A Tendacy To Eat Cat Feces...our Domestic

My corgi has a tendacy to eat cat feces...our domestic cat and outside, feral. She has either a Milk Bone Brushing Chew at night or sometimes the Beneful brand. When she went outside today when I got home from work, she kept walking around, like she was trying to have a bowel movement and walking gingerly, like her stomach was upset. She
hasn't tried to eat or drink and has vomited a great amount of liquid which appears to be water with a tinge of yellow.Is there a possibility that she could have a blockage?
