My Cousin Had Fail Out And Blood Start Running Out

My cousin had fail out and blood start running out hus ear and he wasn't breathing they revive him. They say he had a massive heart attack but why? And Where? The blood came from out his ear???? Why he talking just saying anything now he just not his self and they say it will get better, but What happened to make him to just talk off the wall???? His heart is only at 20% and he has a operation where they put the wires in him to shock his heart if needed but whats reallt the out come of this situation?????? Where and What happens from here?? How long it takes for your heart to get stronger again. He is 48 years of age????? I just dont understand this process???? Please Help......
