My Cousin Has A Lot Of This GameCircle That Looks

My cousin has a lot of this GameCircle that looks like pause in them. But they hurt terrible. She went to the dr. Friday being told that it was a virus and given bactrim. It has just gotten worse. They are doing tests. The surgeon will not cut on them until he knows exactly what it is. Would you be able to give me some suggestions.
