My cousin has stage 4 pancreatic cancer with cancer also in his liver as well. He has been on different rounds of chemo but as of the last two months, his cancer numbers continue to rise. He is having severe back pain, vomiting, and internal bleeding. His hemoglobin was down to 5.1 two days ago. He has had to have stents put in to open up his stomach passage and liver ducts. He seems to be going down but his wife insists he's fine and won't let the family talk about his condition. We're really concerned he may be at his end and none of us know it because of the stance being taken by his wife. I know without knowing more information, you are limited in what you can probably suggest, but in your expertise, how far along is a patient that is experiencing these hardships in their cancer fight? I guess to be blunt, how much time does the family have with him?
