My Cousin Smokes Marijuana And Cigarettes And They Told Him

My cousin smokes marijuana and cigarettes and they told him it's the pot and said nothing about him smoke cigarettes! he's on the verge of a heart attack (they said) but told him they are taking one of his heart medicine away cuz of his thyroid? I think they r trying to blame the pot and give him a heart attact! I think we me NEED a second opinion?!? What do u think? Is pot bad on ur heart and when u have a defibrillator? Pacemaker?
