My Cousin Was Just In A Mental Health Hospital They

My cousin was just in a mental health hospital they diagnosed him pschenozophrinic & bi polar & they sent him back to nursing home where he resides & said there is nothing more they can do & he is worst off than when he went they have him on hospice & he is only 57 years old now he has always had mental issues so its not new just has been pretty well maintained please give input he also had a extremely high ammonia level with backed up urine so much that they put catheter & were emptying bag every half hour for 24 hours
