My Cousin Was Studying In Bangalore And He Beaten Up

My cousin was studying in bangalore and he beaten up by some knwn and injured..after dat incident he shows some mental illness like he is over talkative not taking medicne and also intense fear..we also got an information that he was taking drugs early..and was treated and has quit the habbit..but he is using ordinary ciggarette nw..what we have to do to bring him to normal state..he has complted aviation and job awating..doc plz help us to sort out the problem...
