My Cousin Was Treated For Klebsiella PnumoniaeESBL. Tx Wither Tapetum

My cousin was treated for klebsiella pnumoniaeESBL. Tx wither tapetum IV . Symptoms resolved. She had recent Botox injection for incontinence. Follow up culture revealed the same organism. Initially she was told that she would require additional tx but now since she is a symptomatic ,watchful waiting? Recommended tx?
