My Crus Of Helix Is Swollen , And I Have

My crus of helix is swollen , and I have what seems like a fever. ( sore throat, hurts to swallow, occasional headaches, sore neck. ) what do you think this is, and how can I treat it? I've been using ginger teas and a types of medicine and nothing is working .
