My Current X-ray Shows: The AP Subtle Area Of Increased

My current X-ray shows: the AP subtle area of increased density identified projecting near the right lung is possible in the right lower lobe restrocardiac prevertebral space cannot exclude infiltrate or possible underlying nodule.
Is that mean I have a tumor in my right lower lung?
