My Current Job I Am On A Computer A Lot

My current job I am on a computer a lot and use a mouse anywhere from 8-12 hours a day, generally M-F and occasionally some on weekends. I am right handed and I use a mouse with my right hand. During the last 6-8 weeks, my right hand is becoming very cold when doing this computer work. About 1-2 hours into my work, my hand gets extremely cold, tingles, some numbness in ring & little finger. Sometime feels like little pin sticks. When it is in the 'cold state' you can press on my fingers on that hand, and the skin stays depressed for a little bit, and pale, and slow to fill.
If I get up and move around, the coldness will go away evently, however when starting back on computer the coldness will return. Looking at my wrist, there is no knot popped up. Going out side in cold, doesn't cause the hand to be cold.
