My Cuticle On Big Toe Was Kinda Itchy Yesterday And

My cuticle on big toe was kinda itchy yesterday and I thought I had athletes foot but all of a sudden today the whole cuticle is the purple/red blood blister super swollen, marry painful and the whole top of my foot is painful but no blisters of anything there it's just on my big toe. Is this that paryonchitis (sp?)
