My Cuzin Is 26 Yrs Old Married From 3 Years...she

My cuzin is 26 yrs old married from 3 years...she has nomal menstural cyle her ultrasound of uterus s normal on hsg her tubes are open.her husband has normal semen analysis.but still she has not concived..plz tell me any futher investigation are treatment ..thanks i hv no money plz m poor
