My Cycle Came A Week Ago, It Lasted A Day

My cycle came a week ago, it lasted a day and a few hours so now yesterday a rush of blood just came out of me so I assumed I was having another period but it stopped a few hours later my nipples are sore when I touch them and have throwed up 3 mornings straight can u tell me what is wrong with me
