My Cycle Started On Oct 24..never Had Any Red Blood

My cycle started on Oct 24..never had any red blood just brown/black..my cycle usually lasts 3 days but I am still spotting and have some dizziness when I stand up (also have been diagnosed with PCOS)...I am scheduled for my annual PAP on Nov 24...is it ok to wait until then to have spotting checked out
