My Dad 62yrs Old. Has Been Having Lower Back Pain

My dad 62yrs old. Has been having lower back pain down to sacrum for a month now. Recently he's been having bloating, right inguinal pain/discomfort. And just today he told me about testicular pain. He described as "someone squeezing and tugging on them" he's had squamous cell carcinoma over 10years ago and is scared it might be some other sort of cancer
