My dad, 81yo male w/ history of prostate ectomy (3 years ago), gallbladder ectomy (10+ years ago), is experiencing sudden and irregular chills w/ fever. During latest episode (a week ago) started to hallucinate (playing backgammon with his friends). Any ideas what I should be looking for?
