My Dad 87 Year Old. Slight Build Has Been Taking

My dad 87 year old. Slight build has been taking at least 6 serc tablets and antidepressant tablets. He has had a fall from the resultant dizzy spell and also seems to have had a physcotic episode over a few days. I am in another state and just getting information from my brother.
