My Dad Had A Catheter Removed 1 Week Ago. He

My dad had a catheter removed 1 week ago. He has not been able to urinate. He is leaking. He is wearing pads and changing them every 2 to 3 hours. He isn’t having any pain or pressure feeling. He had several catheters in for a total of 7 weeks. Is this a normal problem after having a catheter removed?
