My Dad Has 15 Percent Heart Function. He Is In

My dad has 15 percent heart function. He is in the hospital and his liver and kidney labs are both off. He is feeling much better today and can breathe sitting up while yesterday he couldn't sit or stand without getting extremely short of breath and dizzy. I am prepared that his prognosis is poor but am trying to preprare for what might happen next or if he will even make it out of the hospital.
