My Dad Has Been Diagnosed With 15% If His Heart

My dad has been diagnosed with 15% if his heart functioning and he has pneumonia and fluid around his heart. He also has a defibrillator that he has had for around 10 years. What is his chance of survival. He was admitted to the hospital on Friday because he couldn't breath.
