My Dad Has Has Excruciating Pain In His Right Hand

My dad has has excruciating pain in his right hand for years the hand is literally cold he wears a winter glove in the summer time...morphine doesn't touch the pain and he's Allergic to codiene....plus then he's constipated. He had carpal tunnel surgery then after surgery the surgeon says its in your neck....then the neurosurgeon dud his neck spacers in front now that Doctor is saying it's not in his neck?? He's been waiting for an MRI since April....Saskatchewan, Canada
