My Dad Is 83 N He Has Been Fainting And

My dad is 83 n he has been fainting and feeling dizzy with no appetite. He blacked out about a month ago and was in the hospital a few days after trying 2 get his pressure under control. He's on blood pressure meds and I think he may have had a dizzy spell when he was alone. His pressure is reading 157/74. Should we go 2 the E.R.?
