My Dad Is 86 And Suffers From Radiation Damage To
My dad is 86 and suffers from radiation damage to his bladder and prostate.
he has a tube from his kidney to a bag. he is loosing blood daily.
he had a transfusion yesterday. His hemoglobin went from 7.2 to 9.2.
they only gave him 2 units of blood. the doctor at the hospital said it was
protocol to stop after 2 units. The Doctor would not authorize a 3rd unit of blood.
why not?
