My Dad Is 96 With Chf. He Is So Tired

My dad is 96 with Chf. He is so tired from always having to urinate during the night but won't take Lasix in the morning because he thinks it will make it worse. He doesn't realize that fluid buildup is the cause of nighttime frequent urination. Help He takes Flomax but says it doesn't work.
