My Dad Just Had A Cardiac Cath. He Required A

My dad just had a cardiac cath. He required a stint in the circumflex that was 100% blocked. He also has another 100% blockage at the back of his heart. They stated it is old as he has some collateral circulation. What are the conditions for stint placement vs. bypass... Or do you think that is even an option?
