My Dad Recently Under Went An Operation BPH-prostrate And Was

My dad recently under went an operation BPH-prostrate and was discharged. Two days ago he woke in the night to go to the toilet, on return to bed he felt extremely dizzy and now can not lift his head vertically beyond the pillow level. When he tries he will only see total darkness almost fainting...what's this condition? what can we do?
