My Dad Result States His Liver Is Enlarged To 18,9cm

My dad result States his liver is enlarged to 18,9cm with few simple cyst seen,the portal venous radicles are normal and no intrahepatic biliary radicle dilatation.
The gall bladder is normal,the common bile duct is not dilated. Spleen is enlarged in size measuring 13.3cm and does not show any focal abnormalities. What does this means
