My Dad Sprayed Lysol On One Of My Roosters A

My dad sprayed lysol on one of my roosters a couple weeks ago and now he is greasy and smells especially bad at the back of his head. I kissed the back of his head earlier today and after licking my lips they tasted bitter and felt slightly numb and tingly. Wiping my mouth got rid of the substance, but do you think the lysol caused this?
