My Dad Tried To Open A Window And His Finger

My dad tried to open a window and his finger got stuck in it and he took out his finger and all his skin ripped off above his middle finger above his nail and it's been 2 hours and it has not stopped bleeding does he need stitches cause if he does there is just flesh over it
