My Dad Was Just Diagnosed With CIDP. He Has Been

My dad was just diagnosed with CIDP. He has been having burning sensations in his legs for the past 6 months, has lost all muscle tone in both his legs. He now uses a walker to get around. He just had his protein level tested in his spinal fluid and it was double what it should be. the doctor prescribed oxycotin for pain, but nothing else. From everything I'm reading, he should at least try the steroids first to see if that helps. Do you think B150 would help also?
