My Daugher, Age 18 Years, Has Had Worm-like Blood Clots

My daugher, age 18 years, has had worm-like blood clots in urine over past 2 months. She has had a CT with and without contrast. I have only seen the report on CT w/o contrast. It read essentially normal except mild consipation. She was told both were normal. She has had two U/As done, both positive for blood, 3+ in one and 1+ in other. One U/A showed trace bacteria and other negative for bacteria.
She has been treated with Cypro, Amoxicillin per PCP and a med with Methylene Blue for bladder spasms and another ABT that I am unsure of the name-it was a one time ABT per urologist she has seen once. He did not do U/A at the time of appt-she had been off ABT for 7 days.
She has pain in pelvis mostly right lower quadrant that radiates to her back. She has seen Urologist where is is going to collage. He has ordered renal sonogram.
SHe is on Depo for heavy periods-she has been on OC and Nuva ring also to try to lessen heavy periods. These medications have not worked well. Nuva ring was removed approximately 12 months ago. Endometriosis has been mentioned by her PCP where she is going to school
My question to you is could this Endometriosis
