My Daughter 1 Year Old, Is Having Frequent Stool Since

My daughter 1 year old, is having frequent stool since Saturday30th Jan, I’ve started giving OFM suspension last night and ORS this morning , the number of times(stool) has decreased but at times the stool is watery.
Shall we continue with OFM and ORS.
