My Daughter (15) Has An Extremely Painful Pinkie Toe, Has

My daughter (15) has an extremely painful pinkie toe, has been ongoing for a couple months it is very dark red and swollen,, also has what looks like a blister but not sure if it is actually one, thought it was a corn at first but it's getting worse, other toe also has milder symptoms.
