My Daughter 1.5year Old Hit Her Forehead And Fell Down

My daughter 1.5year old hit her forehead and fell down while her sister (6yrs old) was carrying her.she had very big lumb on her forehead..but she seem to b active no vomiting or any other symptoms.But the bump seem to be still Dee although reduced from the day she hit.its been 2,days nw...and new I can see light green colour on her forehead. Do I have to take her to doctor.pls help.
