My Daughter (19) Dove On The Softball Field. Her Upper

My daughter (19) dove on the softball field. Her upper left abdomen swelled like a softball under the skin. 8 months ago...everytime she strains from lifting or any abdomen workouts she has intense pain in that spot. It swells and then bruises. Negative US, Negative xray, Negative CT......? When she lands on it now she gets nauseous and severe pain for 45 minutes or so then it subsides. Help!!!!
