My Daughter 2.5 Year Was Vomiting And Has Stool Little

My daughter 2.5 year was vomiting and has stool little light in color. Her dosage is over and stool was still little lighter and little liquid so doctor had given z and d for 2 weeks. Now she is passing stool ok but I can say very little needs to be improved. Can I start giving her milk? Still z and d for 10
More days but she is crying for milk a lot. Please advise !
