My Daughter 2.8yrs Old Had Low Grade Fever Since Tuesday

My daughter 2.8yrs old had low grade fever since Tuesday morning and I gave her crocin when her temperature was over 100 degrees . Since today morning she has started getting loose motions .. She passed 5-6 watery stools even though I gave her 2 doses of 5ml of Rinifol Z and Econorm sachets .. For the viral fever that she had I was giving her Relent syrup as prescribed by the doctor. Her water intake is very good but I am little worried about her intestinal health . Should I worry or should wait and watch for her to respond to rinifol z and Econorm ?
