My Daughter 3.3 Years Old, Has Been Throwing Up Food/fluid

My daughter 3.3 years old, has been throwing up food/fluid including water for the past two days. She has lost appetite and is very repulsive to any kind to food/fluid offered to her. I still force her to drink water with glucose and salt added as I fear she will dehydrate. But she is throwing up that as well. She hasn't passed motion since 2 days and has fever since yesterday. Please suggest
