My Daughter 4.2 Years Old She Complain From Bloody Stool

My daughter 4.2 years old she complain from bloody stool since 8 months started as bloody stool with abdominal pain not respond to treatment, her doctor did sigmoidoscopy and the result was that she has infective colitis then her treatment was prednisolon,flagyl and methyprim for two months but her response was very weak then after two months she became well, but since one month bloody stool return and mild abdominal pain sometimes, now we don't know her diagnosis nor her treatment?
