My Daughter (49 Yrs. Old) Is On Coumidin. The End

My daughter (49 yrs. old) is on coumidin. The end of May she had a bleed that resulted in a rectus sheath hematoma. She also had a large ovarian cyst which was removed surgically in late August. She has not been able to work for 5 months. Went back to work yesterday, 1/2 days. Her employer thinks she should be back to "normal" and able to work full time in the next week or so. She has been working with her primary care doc and a physical therapist. She still has a lot of pain in her abdomen and gets very tired even working just 1/2 time. Is there some specialist she should see regarding the hematoma? The last CT scan she had a couple of weeks ago shows that it is still very large. Thanks for any information you can give me.
