My Daughter 52 Has Low Blood Pressure, Her Heart Races

My daughter 52 has low blood pressure, her heart races to get it up, and she is so sick that she can not function, can't talk to me on the phone is just too sick. What can she do? She also has P.O.t.S.
She lives in Savannah GA. I am in Ontario,Canada.
