My Daughter 6 Years Had Cold And Started Fever Last

My daughter 6 years had cold and started fever last Friday evening.we started dolopar 250 / 6ml 4 times a day.she was having more temperature on upper part of the body and head. The tempesture will be normal while taking paracetamol but comes back after 5-6 hours.she is happy and energetic.on Sunday an antibiotic bas been started sp cepodem 100/ 5ml twice a day. To day is monday morning she has mild temperature now which is more on head, cold and nasal congestion is also there. Shall I continue the same....?
