My Daughter 7yrs Old Is Getting Urine Infection Frequently Since

My daughter 7yrs old is getting urine infection frequently since 6mths. And this the pus cells were 80-100. she was antibiotics for 7days. and now the pus cells are 10-15. And now i am worried if these pus cells again increase. Please guide me what precautions to take that this doesnt happen again.
