My Daughter, 9 N 1/2 Months Old Had Fever Reaching

My daughter, 9 n 1/2 months old had fever reaching 102 degree for 2-3 days, without any other problems. after 4-5 days i saw blood in her diaper, on the upper part after that there was blood on her diaper the next morning too, she didn't urinate for 24 hours, after 24 hours we gave her medicine for urinating, after that she started urinating but in very less quantity. next day wegot her urine complete test which was normal n blood urea creatinine test that showed low amount of bicarbonates. after a week we had her ultrasound done which says minimal fullness of right pelvicalyceal system. i want to know if there is something to worry about or not.
